How Does the Contactless Entry App Work?

In a Building with an Open Lobby

Open Lobby
  1. Visitor receives a QR code and COVID-19 Health Declaration (optional) via email on their mobile device prior to their visit
  2. Visitor confirms compliance with health conditions (optional step)
  3. Visitor arrives and approaches lobby desk. There is no need to exchange ID with security. Physical distancing is maintained
  4. Scans their Visit Pass (QR Code) Contactless entry validates Visit Pass and Health Compliance
  5. Both Security Guard and visitor are notified of successful/unsuccessful entry
  6. With check-in and arrival, an email is sent to the host
  7. Contactless Entry is ready for the next visitor

In a Gated Building with Access Control Integration

Gated Lobby
  1. Visitor receives a QR code and COVID-19 Health Declaration (optional) via email on their mobile device prior to their visit
  2. Visitor confirms compliance with health conditions (optional step)
  3. Visitor arrives and approaches gate reader and scans Visit Pass (QR Code). Contactless Entry validates Visit Pass and Health Compliance. With Successful entry, the gate is opened
  4. With check-in and arrival, an email is sent to the host
  5. The gate reader is ready for the next visitor
