SALES COORDINATOR
This newly created position will provide administrative support to the Sales team and will work with Sales Leadership and the Marketing Team to support Client Outreach and Engagement programs
This is a hands on role ideally suited for a university graduate with some sales experience in the B2B technology industry, and who is looking to take the next step up in their career path. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to the range of duties expected from them.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Pre-Sales
- Ensure that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales team with preparation and follow up on quotations, process sales orders and act as a liaison between Sales, Finance and Client Services (Implementation Team)
- Provide daily support to the Account Managers on sales and administrative tasks
- Utilize market research skills to compile prospect lists for new sales/lead generation campaigns
2. Post Sales
- Engage with Finance and Client Services as required
- Maintain customer accounts and contacts in CRM and other internal databases
- Perform basic sales duties when Account Managers are away or on calls
- Support Customer Outreach and Engagement programs
- May in future be responsible for Retention/Adoption calls to for our products and services to existing Customers
3. Other Responsibilities
- Attend weekly Sales Team meetings
- Attend training sessions as offered, grow knowledge of Angus Systems products and services and internal systems and tools
- Stay current in product and service positioning
- Assist with proposals/RFPs as required
- Contribute to a customer focused environment that encourages information sharing, team based sales activity and an focus on new business, increased adoption and development

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently seeking a talented customer focused bilingual Client Services Representative to join our team in our lower volume, high service environment. This role demands the highest caliber of service to our business clients, but is much more than a simple customer service position. It will challenge your technical skills and your business acumen in delivering true service excellence in a non-traditional team environment. The right candidate will spend most of their time providing services & expertise directly to our clients and will contribute in other ways through special projects including some basic web development, proactive support, and other customer outreach programs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Currently the Client Solutions team is available to our clients from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday. Typically individuals provide coverage 8 hours daily, occasional overtime is required. Appropriate theoretical and practical training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide services and support in English & French over the phone, online, and via email to clients.
- Incident management activities including application troubleshooting, analysis, escalations, and follow-up.
- Tracking and fulfilling service requests, providing backup support to colleagues as required.
- Participate in documentation updates, English/French translation, and managing customer needs/requirements.
- Proactive activities and services including problem resolution, product enhancements, and various customer outreach programs is required.
- Special projects, providing assistance to colleagues, participation in corporate initiatives, and overall improvements in service delivery remain primary job functions.
Technical Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English/French.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience providing premiere client services and technical support in a B2B environment.
- Strong aptitude for software/business applications, the Internet and networking, computers & smartphones, etc.
- Strong web development skills using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Demonstrated ability to build & execute effective queries using SQL.
- Experience with Content Management Systems like Wordpress, Concrete5, or similar products would be an asset.
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.) would be an asset.
