Account Executive

Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic Account Executive to join our team! The successful applicant is an adept salesperson, capable of building key relationships and engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the CTO, COO, and CFO. They have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex SaaS sale in a consultative manner.

What you’ll get to do:
  • Strategically grow your accounts with solutions that maximize value for our clients
  • Prospect, acquire and retain new business via your existing network and direct outbound activities
  • Excel at achieving monthly and quarterly revenue, activity and sales funnel targets.
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach with high energy
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
  • Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and product demos 
  • Maintain knowledge on products and services offered, market conditions, competition and industry trends 
  • Provide excellent after-sales support as needed this includes resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Perform all administrative responsibilities as required, from research of a prospect to processing signed service contracts 
  • Utilize sales management tools, such as QuickBase and Salesforce.com
  • Provide ongoing feedback from prospect/customer requirements and competitive offers to improve go to market approach, and product roadmap
  • Occasionally travel
Who you are:
  • You are passionate about technology and sales. You have a minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably at a SaaS or technology company) with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and top performance.
  • Previous sales experience in commercial real estate experience would be advantageous
  • You have a strong knowledge and understanding of consultative selling and the sales planning process
  • You hustle and are motivated
  • You have excellent listening and questioning skills
  • You are resilient, persevere, and have the ability to overcome objections 
  • You have proven negotiation and closing skills and a strong track record of navigating within larger organizations
  • You have superior time management and organization skills
  • You have strong presentation skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are tech savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales technologies 
  • You are a team player, no ego
