Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team! The successful applicant will be a team player, who is a highly organized, solution oriented, technically minded professional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is capable of delivering exceptional service at all times. They are highly self-aware, adaptable, and accountable for results. They have a positive can-do attitude, and always doing the right thing for their colleagues and customers.

What you’ll get to do:
  • Develop strong ongoing relationships that foster loyalty and retention with key client stakeholders and representatives through calls and email
  • Provide hands-on implementation and project management through calls and email
  • Work closely with cross-function teams to ensure that your client’s needs are being met
  • Research and provide feedback on lost accounts. This involves vetting deactivation requests to find out what happened and passing off transfer opportunities to Sales team
  • Take an active approach to learning Angus AnyWhere® and understanding our industry and the competitive landscape
  • Research and question to understand customers business needs to deliver on them
  • Advocate on customer’s behalf throughout Angus, and manage their expectations

 

Who you are:
  • You are fully fluent in English and French with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • You have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management and implementation. 
  • You come from a B2B/SaaS background. 
  • You encompass a well-rounded set of competencies including industry/business/job knowledge, technical skill, customer focus, professional accountability, emotional intelligence, prioritization, teamwork, and drive & self-direction.
  • You are a self-starter with a consistent track record for customer success. 
  • You are well organized, have a driven nature, able to prioritize, and detail oriented to ensure clients are always the first priority and consistently serviced with excellence. 
  • You are able to represent Angus Systems equally well to C-Level executives and operational support staff. 
  • You are a team player, have a positive can-do attitude, and are always striving to the do the right thing for your colleagues and customers.
