Account Management Associate

Description

This position involves assisting the Account Management team with generating orders, interacting with clients, and facilitating internal processes. In addition, the Account Management Associate will be tasked with directly managing a subset of accounts.  The Account Management team is a part of the larger Customer Success Group whose primary responsibility is ensuring client satisfaction and engagement in order to drive retention and account growth on the Angus AnyWhere® platform.

Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Success and Account Management team with preparing service orders, contracts and other documents as required.
  • Follow up activities include telephone calls, emails, and letters on outstanding service orders, transfers and deactivations as required and directed by Account Managers.
  • Assist with coverage for traveling and out of office staff within the team as needed, and forwarding concerns to available staff when required.
  • Manage customer information in the CRM system (Quick Base).
  • Assist with internal projects, data mining, data entry, and build presentations as required.
  • Serve as the primary Account Representative and primary point of contact for a group of existing customers, with a focus on retention and account growth.
  • Complete vendor onboarding requirements and provide tax forms and Certificates of Insurance as required.
  • Build and maintain process documents for CRM system.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service and/or administrative work.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively; demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to manage ad-hoc requests and competing demands; adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and goal oriented; seeks opportunities to improve processes and generate new ideas.
  • Experience within the commercial real estate industry and/or SAAS environment an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French) is an asset.
