Senior Account Executive

Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our highly skilled Account Management team. The Senior Account Executive will contribute to the ongoing retention, growth, and support of our customers using the Angus AnyWhere® platform. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments across the organization while building strong relationships with clients in the commercial real estate industry providing them with the latest software technologies. This position reports to the Director of Account Management. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise level accounts with a focus on account growth, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders within client organizations to gain understanding of their corporate goals and strategies.
  • Identify and negotiate sales opportunities to both expand our reach within the client’s portfolio and provide additional products and services.
  • Leverage client relationships to gather product feedback and identify opportunities to improve our products and services.
  • Answer questions, resolve problems and provide general assistance to clients. Problems may be financial/business related or technical/support related.
Requirements
  • University or college diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional Account Management and/or Commercial Real Estate experience.
  • Strong interest in technology and software applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
